Speakers: From Center for Creative Leadership
With over 25 years of experience in product and market development, Diane is a client focused designer with extensive experience launching training products, programs and large scale development initiatives. Recent projects include everything from designing organizational leadership development services to an online Boundary Spanning toolkit complete with instructional videos.
Diane is currently a Design Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership. Her work focuses on developing, designing, and packaging CCL’s new content into services, programs and tools that engage the user. Currently, Diane focuses on creating blended initiatives, supporting learning transfer, and application toolkits. She has used multiple delivery channels including many online media to deliver content in the workplace when it is most needed.
Diane earned a B. A. in Chemistry and a B. A. in Technical Writing from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a certified Project Management Professional, and trained in the Center’s 4Mat design process.
David’s background experience includes 21 years in the computer industry; where he began as a research and development engineer and emerged as a strategist specializing in creativity and innovation. He managed hardware and software development teams and major technology programs then served as marketing manager and trainer of quality improvement and innovation.
David is a Senior Designer and Subject Matter Expert in Innovation in Research and Product Development. He joined the Center in 1990. He is an innovative designer, facilitator, and coach, specializing in the confluence of design, innovation and leadership development. His fluency with the technical and administrative aspects of business, deep knowledge and practice of creativity processes, and his own creative and artistic flair combine to make David sought after as a unique keynote speaker, presenter, coach and workshop facilitator.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Surrey in England. As a marketer in his former company, David received education to MBA level from Tulane University – specializing in innovation, and education and experience to masters level in IT.
